The secondary vocational school moral education syllabus(revised in 2014),"stressed that in the secondary vocational school moral education work to pay attention to emotional experience and habits have integrity,communities in secondary vocational school,the teacher in charge should take moral education activities,starting from the actual situation of students and schools,to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of moral education,contemporary and appeal,further highlight the moral education in the basic technical skills talent training,guidance and leading role.The current secondary vocational school moral education mainly exist students come from poor quality,discipline is not strong,such problems as lack of family education,the teacher in charge as the main undertaker of secondary vocational school moral education and implementer,how to carry out the basic task of khalid ents,how to adapt to the reform of vocational education development and the new era of economic and social demand for high-quality skilled personnel,in order to enhance the attraction and appeal of moral education activities,improve the effect of moral education work,is especially important.By G secondary vocational school in guangdong province as the research object of this research,on the basis of investigation and study to explore through the way of "experiential" moral education program in the experiential education into the secondary teacher in charge’s ideological education,class management and vocational guidance work,verify its effect on secondary vocational teacher in charge’s moral education is to promote.This paper is divided into six chapters.First,it sorts out relevant literature,defines the core concepts of secondary vocational moral education,secondary vocational class teacher,experiential education and "experiential" moral education,and analyzes the basic role of experiential learning theory,constructivism theory and humanism theory in this study.Second,around students’ moral cultivation,behavior habit and value orientation,mental health,and evaluate the five dimensions of moral education,carried out in G for the teachers and students in secondary vocational school students ideological and moral situation questionnaire survey and interviews,learned that schools at present moral cognition and behavior norms from,insufficient learning motivation and self-confidence,moral accomplishment and the collective sense of honor needs to improve,appeal to enhance the school moral education activities,and other issues.Then,the design is "experiential" experimental project of project of moraleducation in the secondary vocational school in grade one of two classes of G as experimental object,A class as the experimental group subjects and class B as control group subjects to experiment,to explore through the way of "experiential" project of moral education,the experiential education into the secondary vocational teacher in charge’s ideological education,class management,career guidance,etc.Finally,the two groups of experimental subjects were postmeasured,and SPSS system was used to analyze the data before and after the test.At the same time to early to participate in the interview of the teachers and students follow the interview and comparative analysis,found that "experiential" experiment to get the subjects to accept moral education project,in the experimental group had a positive effect,it is concluded that "experiential" moral education project will help to cultivate students the good thought personal character,develop good habits,to shape healthy psychological quality,innovation,secondary vocational teacher moral education activity form,display "experiential" moral education project for the promotion of secondary teacher in charge the actual effect of moral education has a good role in promoting.
