Research On The Link Of Resources In The Old-age Security Case Service For The Rural Poor Orphans And Widows

At present,the problem of rural elderly poverty is a major practical problem in China's social development.The rural widowed elderly is a special difficult group of the rural elderly poor group,and is an important object of assistance in the practice of eliminating and alleviating the poverty of the elderly.In China's rural areas,the plight of the poor elderly is mainly the problem of old-age security.In addition to the most basic security of the country,the problem of resource link is the key to strengthen its old-age security.In order to actively respond to the reality,the author uses the case intervention method to analyze and study the resource link problem in the case service of rural poor and widowed elderly pension security.It is found that by linking effective resources and improving the utilization rate of resources,we can strengthen the old-age security for the poor and widowed elderly in rural areas and relieve the pressure of the old-age support for the poor and widowed elderly in rural areas.Through data analysis,this study combs the current situation of endowment security and resources for the poor and widowed elderly in rural areas,and analyzes the feasibility and necessity of resource linkage for the poor and widowed elderly in the case service.On this basis,the author selected a poor and lonely old man in X village,J Township,w county to carry out case service.By means of interview and observation,we collected data and evaluated the problems and needs of the service objects,and formulated a more detailed service plan.Through case service,social workers objectively analyze various resources in the social ecosystem of service objects,and effectively link medical,care,economic and other resources.Practice has proved that there are many resources that can be mined,linked and utilized by the poor and widowed elderly in rural areas.In the whole process of case service linking resources,social workers also play an important role.Through the coordination,advocacy and linkage of social workers,the resources have been effectively used,and to a certain extent,it has helped the poor and widowed elderly in rural areas get rid of the pension dilemma.
