In recent years, Mobile-learning has gradually entered people’s field of vision. The traditional way of learning is difficult to meet the needs of learning, especially the lifelong learning needs. Mobile-learning as a new way of learning plays an important role in people’s learning and life. The postgraduates are at the forefront of Mobile-learning, Therefore, research on Mobile-learning of postgraduates has important significance.Based on the self-edited 《Questionnaire about Mobile-learning of Postgraduates》, with the help of interview and observation, conclusions are as follows: 1.Different factors are considered about in the choice of Mobile-learning for postgraduates, which can be categorized into individual factors, family factors, school factors and social factors. According to research investigations, individual factors take the primary role. In school factors, teachers and campus network become an important reason.2.While postgraduates have a high acceptance of Mobile-learning, there are still some problems:(1)Many students have Mobile-learning experience, but only few of them know the definition well, thus the carrying out of Mobile-learning is lack of theoretical basis;(2) The occupancy rate of mobile device is reasonable high, but only few of them can be fully exploited;(3)In Mobile-learning, students are lack of necessary guidance and feedback;(4) The resource of Mobile-learning has less pertinence and attractiveness, which makes postgraduates spend less time and money on Mobile-learning.In order to create a good Mobile-learning environment for postgraduates, postgraduates, their families, school and society should work together. Postgraduates should formulate reasonable Mobile-learning plan according to their learning needs and improve the ability of anti-interference; the school should strengthen the publicity of Mobile-learning and explore the use of smart phones in teaching actively, and encourage research-oriented teachers to research on Mobile-learning; the family should provide the necessary material guarantee; equipment developers should increase the investment, at the same time, developers of curriculum need to design targeted-courses and use a variety of ways to present them. The government should build a good external environment of Mobile-learning actively through various means.
