With the educational environment becoming increasingly informational, along with the educational philosophy adapting, new method of teaching also emerging, game-based teaching is becoming one of the focuses of education. On the basis of teaching design, game-based teaching put the knowledge into games. By means of the charm of games, game-based teaching inspires students to learn from internal, at the same time it protects the interest and enthusiasm of students, thus it is a new kind of class teaching mode. Its educational idea is in line with the educational situation and the requirement of the new reform. During the process of traditional LOGO language teaching in classroom of primary schools, teachers tend to inculcate the knowledge, make students learns by rote, but ignore the inspiration and the internal needs of the student. Traditional class teaching method does not keep up with the new curriculum reform. The key of this study lies on the following aspects:how to present LOGO language in the form of game-based teaching to the students, in order to stimulate students’ interest on learning and improve the efficiency of teaching, as well as how to improve their own disadvantages of game-based teaching.This study makes analysis on the connotation of game-based teaching, and then does a survey of cognitive class teaching and status quo. Besides we study knowledge framework of the current version of the LOGO language materials in Jiangsu Province that is, basic command, color command and so on. Based on the Constructivist Learning Theory, Multiple Intelligences Theory, Flow Theory, and Experiential Learning, aiming to different characteristics of theses theories and teaching goals, corresponding game-based teaching was constructed. Finally, by using the PPT, which is made by ourselves, and "The Crystal Rain Forest" software, we may summarize the game-based teaching and evaluate its efficiency.The last chapter summarizes the problems existing in the game-based teaching, and proposes the coping strategies of these problems, we spare no efforts to support the reform and innovation of teaching.
