"Attention" is an ancient but timeless topic. The Russia educator Ushinski has brilliantly pointed out:"’attention’ is the only portal of our soul, consciousness is bound to go through it to come." Attention is defined as having the ability to pay attention to. In the students’ learning process, attention is the gateway to open our hearts, and only when high attention is paid to the teaching contents, can students learn in a quicker, more accurate and more profound way and achieve better learning results. It is of great significance to attract students’ attention in the classroom in order to improve the efficiency of student learning.This article preliminarily explores the application of attention rule to classroom teaching and attempts to work out strategies from the processes of lesson planning, classroom teaching and teaching evaluation in Chinese classroom teaching of middle school, with the purpose to improve students’ interest in learning Chinese by using the attention law, to shorten the emotional distance between teachers and students, to carry forward the cultural advantages of Chinese subject, to return humanistic funs to students, to guide students to combine conscious attention with unconscious attention, so that the Chinese teaching efficiency embarks on a benign track of sustainable development.This article designs two questionnaires for teachers and students respectively, aiming to investigate factors affecting students’attention and teachers’ using attention rule in Chinese class of junior middle school, to analyze the survey results, and then to gain some specific recommendations and methods that can guide the Chinese classroom teaching. The innovative part of this article lies in that students’ attention and teachers’ using of attention law in Chinese class are surveyed in a more comprehensive way, the significance of this study is further illustrated by the small sample of classroom observation, and also this practical research puts forwards some operational teaching strategies.
