Research On Children 's Art Activity Of Activating Body

Soma philosophy regards soma as the source of human getting perception to the world, as the basic way of thinking, and as the channel of information communication between human with nature, others, and society. Somaesthetics regards that the soma is the important method for carrying aesthetic activities. Feeling keenly to the body and owning awareness of self-expression, not only help people get somaesthetic perception, but also make oneself making feedback to others, to changes in the environment exactly.Whether in real life or in art education aiming to cultivate the complete human, soma is absent. In order to bring the soma back to its original appearance, this action research carry out a series of art activities in a kindergarten of nanjing, understanding the children’s soma in art activities, exploring the way to activate children’s soma in art activities, finding the art activity degree of mechanism.Standing on the foundations of soma philosophy, in this research the children’s soma is defined as three parts:children toward their soma awareness including the feeling of your inner life rhythm and sensitive to the internal change of theirs, children with body movement, physical performance and otherwise to actively explore and through the change of the body gives feedback to the external environment, and both of them.Study found:activating the children’s soma needs to guide their somaesthetic perception for rich aesthetic experience, stimulating the energy of the artistic creation; people also need to guide their thinking and expression in the body, filling the art activities; and need to value the soma esthetic perception and thinking interaction for children to participate in the activities. In addition, building some rules, selecting proper stimulation, using of some effective strategy with game can promote young children to enjoy the freedom of the body in art activities.
