In a strong proponent of quality education today, the compulsory learning of mathematics is still filled with competition, distinction and screening of the examination-oriented education pungent taste, the consequences of this would not only lead to the personality of many students learning methods and creative thinking are devoid, but also the some personality traits and passion for learning mathematics is washed without a trace, so that the "scientists", "inventor", "mathematician" of the future will become slaves and tools of mathematics exams. Our educators are profoundly realized that test scores thought as the only evaluation standard to measure students’learning and growing has many deficiencies and defects, they also think the evaluation criterion like this is a kind of deformity, because whether our country will progress or not lies in the development of mathematics, so we can’t ignore the significance and power of mathematics, but in our mathematics education we didn’t highlight this aspect in teaching and didn’t have students develop with their own characteristics in this mathematics learning mode. The representative of Liang Qichao among modern Chinese reformists once said that today’s teenagers are the future of our motherland, and our country will be wealthy and prosperous if teenagers are intelligent, cultured education in the book "Young China". Therefore, educators eagerly advocate to promote the free personality development of middle school students through using the social boldness, the individual psychological characteristics of the courage expressing themselves and the desire to experience the sense of self-existence. It is proposed not only in order to promote the future development of students, but also in order to achieve the China’s dream and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This essay is based on the teaching mode of five-person team cooperative inquiry in Xi’an Tieyi Binhe School and combined with the actual situation of the students, through the profound analysis the teaching mode of "five pupil teachers by turns" which provided the specific implementation process and proposed the middle school students’ evaluation mechanism in this mode by the teaching practice of Xubo.This essay is comprised of four chapters. The first chapter is introduction, which starts with the selection of a subject and highlights the related research questions. Through defining the concept of the teaching mode and specifying the subjects of this essay, the author organized and analyzed the current research on pupil students teaching in and out the country and pointed out not only the purpose and significance of this thesis, but also the research ideas and methods.The second chapter is the theoretical basis for parts. The main basic theories include Makarenko’s theory of the collectivism education, Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences and Edgar Dale’s Cone of Learning Theory.The third chapter is the main part of the essay. It is particularly discussed that the teaching mode of "five pupil teachers by turns " which includes the specific implementation process of pupil teachers, lesson planning and teaching, as well as the evaluation of students. It starts with the aspects of students’ initiative and personal development, pointing out the change occurred of the roles of students and teachers, as long as the different ways of learning mathematics by students according to the typology of knowledge——learning by remembering, doing and enlightenment.The fourth chapter is the experimental study. The author mainly observes and analyzes of the scores for a year in the experimental class and contrasted class on grade nine, and we conclude that the teaching mode of "five pupil teachers by turns " has an significant impact and effect for students’ personal traits development.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and summary of the article. Including the research findings and the shortage of study, as well as the direction of future research.
