Under the new curriculum standards formulated by the state in the background, along with the implementation of the new curriculum and the deepening of the emergence of the concept of effective classroom teaching, teachers new ideas, new ways of thinking and problem-solving requirements of teaching and learning, improve teaching effectiveness and quality of teaching, this paper is to carry out research around this core issue. In this paper, the teaching of English in primary schools in Shenzhen AL for instance, the use of questionnaires and face to face interviews and classroom teachers to get to know and understand the extent of "high class" concept through actual observation of classroom teaching activities of teachers and students, the discovery and a concise and efficient practice problems in the classroom. On the basis of the causes of problems in-depth analysis on how to improve the efficiency of primary school English classroom teaching feasible recommendations and countermeasures.The first part of this study discusses the significance of topics including science, history and analysis of the research status quo and problems at home and abroad in the field, describes the theoretical basis of this study and the research ideas. The second part of the questionnaire, face to face interviews, classroom observation and other practical way to get a first-hand materials, this study credible basis to obtain the necessary data. Use of statistical methods to data obtained conducted in-depth analysis, we found a number of issues and concise and efficient implementation in the classroom appeared, including efficient classroom teaching philosophy is not comprehensive, preview the effect is hard to guarantee, written in the form of a single case study guide, classroom teachers are not timely feedback, group work efficiency is not high, and so easily overlooked classroom detection. The third part discusses the possible causes of multiple perspectives and efficient formation of many problems in the classroom, both teachers factors (traditional teaching concepts constraints, uneven level of teaching), also a student factors (student varies, students’ cognitive characteristics), as well as environmental and other aspects of family influence.Research is not only to find the problem, but also to solve the problem. Therefore, effective classroom practice for reasons arising from the schools, teachers, students level, discusses proposed to improve classroom teaching approaches and methods, suggestions for improving classroom efficiency.
