| Anchored instruction strategy is influenced by the western constructivism learning theory and situational experiential teaching theory, it is a teaching strategy that stress on the basis of the technology. This kind of teaching strategy regards the infectious events or problems as "anchor", Drop "anchor" is to determine the image of this kind of real events or problems metaphor, and when such events or problems are identified, the main content of the whole teaching and the teaching process is determined. Its main purpose is to put students in true and integral background, through students’autonomous learning, communication and the guidance of teachers to achieve the teaching goals. To create a real and complete virtual teaching environment, teachers need to constantly seek new product of the development of educational technology, in order to adapt to the new needs of students.With the emergence of personalized learning and to meet the needs of the modern popularity of mobile terminals, a new kind of information education res ources - Micro lecture has emerged. Micro lecture can be used as a classroom teaching resources in the teaching of geography, it can be used as a class for st udents to review and preview the reference, which is beneficial to give full play to the role of geography characteristics, enhance the students’ interest and it can stim ulate students’ learning desire, to meet the individual learning needs of students.The research thinks that, first, there are three parts of micro lecture, those are earlier stage, middle stage and later stage. Second, Referring to the earlier stage of geography of PEP edition, the writer discovers that the contents are too abstract, the requirements of experiment are too much high and the phenomenon are too difficult to reveal. There are too much knowledge. The key points and difficult points are too hard to master. The research of two classes in Middle School of Xin jiang indicates that the students have a lot of interest in geography. However, with too many classes and too difficult works, they couldn’t focus on the study. Third, To use anchored instruction strategy in micro lecture of geography ’design could make up the disadvantage of teaching. It has advantage of creating a real situation to strengthen teaching’s intuition and the attraction of class. It does something good to fullfill different students ’personal studing. It’s also helpful for teachers ’growing up and creating a harmony class. Forth, in the middle stage, the design of micro lecture of high school geography should obey systematic principle, discrepant principle, interactional principle and theme principle. Five, according to the teaching practice ’later stage of the third class-the movement of the earth’geography of PPE edition, it indicates that using anchored instruction strategy in micro lecture design of high school geography could be helpful to promote students ’learning interest in geography class.
