Micro-lecture has the characteristics of terseness and forcefulness, network communication, outstanding teaching traits and video presentation. It has the profound influence on the needs of learners in learning on demand, personalized learning, to develop curriculum resources,to change learning style, to promote the professional development of teachers, to optimize classroom teaching. It injects new blood for the reform and development of Education. In this paper, it combines the micro-lecture and geography, the specific subject, to research and analysis.Taking the high school geography as an example, to discuss the design strategy of geographical micro-lecture. Some work has been done as follows:Through consulting the database and related Internet resources, the present research situation and meaning of micro-lecture at home and abroad is analyzed. The numbers of micro-lecture of geography works have increased rapidly, but the theoretical research is relatively less.With the method of content analysis, micro-lecture resources of high school geography network is taken as an research object. The study sample, category analysis dimensions and table of contents design research is confirmed.The following characteristics of the high school geography micro-lecture is summed up.The time length of most micro-lecture are less than 10 minutes.The characteristics about snappy micro video is met; Most of the micro-lecture is produced by the way of the screen recording type, other types are fewer.In type of the micro class, procedural knowledge is more than declarative and strategy of small micro-lecture.In the aspect of teaching method, the teaching method is dominated. At the same time, micro-lecture of high school geography also has some shortcomings. The teacher used to copy the traditional teaching method in the classroom, ignoring the student’s main body status and lacking interaction between teachers and students. The way is not conducive to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students Teachers talk too fast and lack appeal.Thinking time for learners is less. The way is not conducive to the students’ enthusiasm and thinking ability. Micro video is the core of micro-lecture,but lacks the corresponding auxiliary resources for student, for example, micro courseware,teaching courseware and exercises. Micro video image is not clear enough, the screen layout is delicate and beautiful, but lacks an important part of the subtitle tips and other issues.From the above theories and study practice, the author puts forward the process principle, mode, high school geography micro class design, and the case of the high school geography micro-lecture corresponding to statements, procedures, strategies. It provides a reference for the further research and development of geography micro-lecture.
