Micro-lecture is a product of the era of big data,along with educational technology is applied to the geography education,teachers in teaching not only take advantage of technology,but also give full consideration to the needs of students.Therefore the birth of micro-lecture meets the wish which students learn knowledge autonomously.Geography teachers also undertake tasks which is to develop and conformity resources of geography micro-lecture in teaching,rather than simply teaching,that can create a good teaching atmosphere.Regional geography occupies the main position of teaching in junior high school,which was made into micro-lecture whether inputing to new courses or recitations can help students to fill a vacancy leak.At the present stage geography teachers most use micro-lecture to focus on the game more,but use it in the class less.Geography micro-lecture generally focuses on the application of technology,ignores the design of the matched micro-lecture resources,the content of the design does not promote students' autonomous learning,most is "teaching fragment" and therefore needs the further developmental research of junior high school regional geography micro-lecture.The author gets through the design and development of junior high school regional geography micro-lecture,and strives to design the fit micro-lecture for junior high school regional geography to help students study online,thus improving the students' ability of regional factor analysis and teaching geography teachers the development process of micro-lecture,then putting forward the relevant development strategy,in order to inspire teachers in producing micro-lecture and strengthen the development of regional geography effective teaching.The author adopts the literature method to analyze the relative books and literature of micro-lecture and regional geography,and analyzes each bigwebsite of geography micro-lecture to statistic out of the present status of junior high school regional geography micro-lecture.Then the author uses the case law to design matched micro resources of junior high school regional geography micro-lecture,further design and development of the relevant cases of junior high school regional geography micro-lecture,summarizes micro-lecture production steps,using Camtasia Studio, EasySketch Pro, PPT way recording.Finally using the induction,the author concludes the development strategies of junior high school regional geography micro-lecture.Through the research and development of junior high school regional geography micro-lecture,the following conclusions:designing junior high school regional geography micro-lecture should follow certain design principles,according to the order of preliminary analysis,topics,micro lesson plans design,learning task list design,micro courseware design and micro video design to design micro-lecture.On the fabrication, made the opening EasySketchPro can build a relaxed effect,and the combination of Camtasia Studio with PPT to facilitate teachers modify operation.On the development strategies,adopts the method of regional learning strategy,skillfully use geography software strategy, content is king strategy, smart team development strategy, strategy of coordinated development between teachers and students,project development strategy to develop micro-lecture.
