The study of burnout is the earliest in view of the service industry, then gradually expand the various professions, including schools. Learning burnout is refer to a group of phenomenon including emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low sense of achievement, caused by long-term learning and academic pressure burden. This study with 1156 middle school students as the research object explores the impact on the learning burnout by parenting style and self-esteem from internal and external factors including parenting style and self-esteem, and then discusses the relationship among the middle school students’situation of parenting style, self-esteem and learning burnout, using "SES", "EMBU" and "MBI-SS" as a research tool. According to the reality of education, the study presents some improvement strategies to provide some certain references for middle school teaching and provide a theoretical basis for the healthy growth of students. The results of the study are as follows:1, The learning burnout of middle school students does not exist significant differences in gender, family location, there is significant differences in grade.2, Learning burnout and there are significant correlation between parenting style. Among them, learning burnout and parents’ emotional warmth is significant negative correlation. Learning burnout and parents’ punishment is significant positive correlation.3, Self-esteem and learning burnout and its various dimensions have significant negative correlation relationship.Self-esteem plays the partly mediating role between parenting style and learning burnout.4, Parenting style and self-esteem are effect variable of learning burnout, and have some predictive function.5, Self-esteem impacts on learning-burnout by a regulating intermediary effect.
