Learning Burnout emerges when students are under study pressure or burden for a long time they will become lack of passion with activities in school, keep distance with their classmates, as well as the performance in school becames not so well as expected. If student feel burnout, the feeling will affect his/her personality, on the other hand, the personality can influence the degree of burnout. There are two clues in this research paper, the one is to detect the relation between students burnout and self-esteem which is a very important facet of personality including explicit esteem and implicit esteem; Another one is to exam the new method—Explanation Bias(EB).The experiment is from four part:Experimentl is to testify the existence of students learning burnout; and it was verified.Experiment2 is exploring the relation between learning burnout and self-esteem including explicit and implicit esteem. The result showed that two variables have significant correlation, they can give effect to each other.Experiment3 is to detect the using of EB in measuring the implicit esteem, the EB result was high correlation with IAT effect. It was suggested that the method is feasible to the implicit esteem measurement. In Experiment4, how EB and IAT could predict people's behavior in social circumstance was explored. However, neither EB nor IAT result could show significant correlation with performance. The predictive function is not so perfect.
