Research On Social Work Intervention In Urban Community Public Service

As the society’s medium system, community can reflect that what is happening in the whole society in a certain extent. But nowadays, the model of management and service cannot do well in solving the complex problems and polyphyletic requirements in communities. The troops of social workers are the indispensable parts in the communities’ public service because they have superiorities in solving the problems of communities by exerting their professional concepts and methods. In order to improving the low specialization, low participation rate and unequal service distributions in the process of community service, social workers should use the professional concepts, professional skill and working skill to involve into community service work. In this way, the service level of community can be improved.This paper mainly consists five parts:The first part, the introduction part, the author mainly puts forward the electing backgrounds and researching significances in theoretical and practical level. On this basis, this paper discusses the domestic and foreign research present situation in the searching scope of intervene methods of the urban community public service. The significances of this article’s searching tasks are very important. At the same time, the author selects D community in jinan as an example to study and explores in a detailed way.The second part introduced the current situation of service work in D community. First of all, the author searched the basic situation of D community. Then, the author introduced the contents and patterns of D community’s public service. At last, the author points out the shortcomings of its work.The third part elaborated the reasons of the problems which exist in D community. This article uses group work cases as the breakthrough point to expound the problems and reasons of jinan D community public service in professional methods.In the forth part, the author analyzed the necessities and feasibilities in the intervention of service problems in D community from government, social organizations, talents construction of social work, and so on.In the fifth part, the author proposed the opinions of the methods selection in how to intervene the public service of community.The sixth part mainly reflected the methods selection in how to intervene the public service of community.
