Social work play the important role in the urban community public service, and it has been advocated by the scholars and the government, and in the economic developed place of our country social work has been into practice, and made great success. However, because various reasons, the know degree of social work in urban community public service is very low. Social work in urban community public service practice in the process also have many problems, how to improve the people’s approval and solve these problems is very important. This study based on the research of ZiQiang service station of SuZhou. The purpose of the study is, first, with the fact that the social work in urban community public service and the necessity of advantage, to respond to the academic theory advocated.
