The Discussion Of Social Work Intervening The Urban Community Public Service

As a way to help derived from western culture,Social work has been faced with the problem of survival and development since it was introduced into the domestic.Especially in Wuhan which social work has just started soon,it must find a way to survival which like using professional help method into the people's daily life,and accepted by the people;In the meantime,it must find a way to development which like gaining experience through solving local problems,and build up the new localization of social work theory system,in addition to develop a new batch of professional social work talent team.The authors suggest that social work intervene in local community public service to help the community residents to solve difficulties and problems in life,a nd meet high quality and diversity of community service needs of community residents.This is the basic ideas of survival and development of social work in ci ty cities that social work development later like Wuhan.Firstly,the article discusses the main problems of Wuhan city community public services and social work,and thereby show that social work intervene in community public service is necessary,thus to trigger social workers thinking or resonating.On this basis,the article state the theoretical basis of intervention and value of intervention.In the central part of article,on the one hand,it shows the question of intervention about resources integration at macrolevel.On the other hand,it presents posture?degree?manner of intervene at micro level.at last,it details the application of case work?group work?community work in community from the perspective of traditional lists,and discusses the problems of interven tion.I hope to share experience and understanding with community social workers in Wuhan through this article,thereby promote them to make a new attempt and effort.
