A Study On The Innovation Of The Management System Of Students' Associations In Independent Colleges

In recent years, with the reform of higher education system,obtained the vigorous development of Independent institute,an Independent College Students’Associations ra pid growth and success for college students and campus cultural development influence has reached an unprecedented height.However, some research from the current Student Societies can be seen, because the rapid development of higher education brought about a series of influence, college students more practical value orientation, survival and dev elopment of student societies there are still many difficulties and problems independent college student organizations management system and mode of facing new problems an d challenges, many colleges and universities for student organizations still lack an effect ive management system and interventions, which makes some independent college stud ent associations exist organizational cohesion is weak, characteristic is not clear, the ma nagement system is imperfect, the lack of effective management system and innovative phenomena.
