With the continuous development of informatization in education, a variety of new teaching models are emerging. Realizing the innovation of teaching mode plays a very important role in the whole development of informatization in education. Colleges and universities as an important base for talent training, need to actively explore innovative teaching model to improve teaching quality."Introduction to Educational Technology" course as an introductory basic course of educational technology, currently uses the traditional classroom teaching mode for teaching. on the one hand the traditional teaching mode has ignored the individual needs, the development of innovative thinking, interaction between the teachers and the students and other issues; on the other hand, the course nature of "Introduction to educational Technology" is to import and introductory and its knowledge is open, so students need discussion, exchange and reflection to construct knowledge. Therefore, only through traditional classroom teaching mode can it be difficult to achieve learning objectives of the course. Flipped classroom as a bottom-up model of education reform quickly becomes popular accompanying education informatization background. This teaching model require student through independent study, discussion and exchange to complete the knowledge construction, on the one hand it can meet the students’ individual needs; on the other hand, it effectively promoted the interaction between the teachers and the students, which will help the students to reflect and cultivate students’ creative thinking. Some schools have already applied flipped classroom to specific disciplines, and have achieved good teaching results. Then how to apply the flipped classroom to "Introduction to Educational Technology" course and to achieve the desired learning effect? To this end, this study attempts to use Blackboard platform that Shaanxi Normal university provided as flipped teaching implementation platform, use flipped classroom idea, combine with the nature of "Introduction to Educational Technology" course to conduct flipped classroom instructional design of the course, and conduct undergraduate flipped teaching practice according to the Instructional Design, hoping to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching and cultivate innovative talents.First, this study based on the literature review of the flipped classroom researches at home and abroad summarizes the current status and problems of flipped classroom researches and identifies learning areas for this study, and then through the literature research combs the theoretical basis of this study and related concepts.Secondly, this study analyzes the two classes of quasi-experimental study initial basic learning situation and determine the experimental class. Then on the basis of investigating learning needs of the experimental class, analyzing learning content and learning objectives of this course, as well as corresponding theoretical basis carries out learning environment design, design and production of learning resources, building of the flipped classroom learning process diagram and learning evaluation design.Then, this study uploads the curriculum resources which have been designed and developed to the BB platform, builts experimental hypothesis and according to this design the questionnaire and interview outline, and then following a quasi-experimental research method and the flipped classroom instructional design conducts flipped classroom experimental design, and carries out the flipped classroom teaching practices based on the design of experiment.Finally, after the end of the experiment, this study through questionnaires compares and analyzes interest in learning, study skills, classroom participation, collaboration awareness, reflection and summary and final grade of the two classes and analyzes the experimental class’ satisfaction of flipped classroom and interviews the students. In the end, according to above results analyze the application results of flipped classroom in this course and obtains experimental results.Conclusions of this study are:Flipped classroom can stimulate learners’ interest in learning, enhance the learner’s learning skills to a certain extent, promote the learners’ classroom participation and reflection and summary, improve learners’ final grade, but can not cultivate the learners’ cooperative consciousness.
