Education information provides new opportunity and thinking for teaching of higher education. It has become the focus of attention in Higher Education as well as the goal of teaching reform in colleges and universities which include how to mix higher education and information technology together, make a remarkable achievement in "teaching" and "study" and foster independent innovation talents. With the development of higher education information, it appears plenty of new teaching models and network teaching platforms where the teaching concept of blending learning of dual master and flipped classroom whose mode is to learn before to teach are acknowledged by users. Because of abundant digital resources, developed technology, perfect function, various evaluation methods of learning effect and the idea of people foremost, Blackboard network teaching platform is favored by colleges and universities at domestic and abroad. Based on electrodynamics course and powerful features of Blackboard platform, this paper combines the educational advantages of blended learning and flipped classroom in order to explore new mode of advanced education, it has a reference value for the reform of university physics teaching and the popularization of information technology in Middle Schools.The main research contents and technique of this paper contains:(1) Based on the documents analysis and theoretical approach, review and analyze the current research status, concept and theoretic basis of blended learning and flipped classroom in order to provide reference and basis for further research.(2) Makes feasibility analysis to flipped classroom teaching which carries out electrodynamics course by using Blackboard platform and study the teaching mode of current flipped classroom. Meanwhile, combines the teaching content of this research so that set up flipped classroom teaching mode of autonomous learning and class discussion.(3) Do investigation to students in second class who belong to physics major in Shaanxi Normal University, based on four aspects which are basic information, learning style, current status of classroom and e-learning and learning demand, combine teaching targets, contents, principles and strategies to make design of blended flipped classroom. Establish the study contents of autonomous learning and autonomous learning+class discussion, clarify the learning process in pre-class, during class and after class, build various learning evaluation based on "Learning-oriented Assessment".(4) Adopt educational questionnaire method, quasi-experiment research method and empirical research method, choose the second class whose major is physics in Shaanxi Normal University as the experimental class, the third class as the control class while the experimental class use blended flipped classroom based on Blackboard platform and control class still use traditional teaching mode. Before carry out course, do pre-test to two classes by questionnaire and compare comprehensive quality.then, adopt two different teaching modes to do teaching experiment in one term. The author as the practitioner and investigator conducted follow-up observations of classroom,and compared the attitude to learning, comprehensive quality and final grade in two classes after three months, meanwhile, do questionnaires and interviews to the second class which is the experimental class based on blended flipped classroom by using Blackboard platform, and investigate the applying effects in electrodynamics course based on the teaching of blended flipped classroom by using Blackboard platform.The main research conclusion of this paper contains:compare with traditional teaching in class, the teaching of blended flipped classroom by using Blackboard platform contributes to cultivate students'good learning attitude and improve students' learning interest, learning ability, sense of cooperation, classroom transaction and academic record, besides, this mode is acknowledged by students which is benefit to implements this teaching mode.The innovation of this paper:(l)The classroom teaching adopts the flipped classroom in task-driven approach. There is guidance of autonomous learning in every class which offers study guide, clarifies learning task, set up the topic for discussion and arranges the self-evaluation. When autonomous learning is done, students need to send the assignment in guidance of autonomous learning to assistant teacher in photograph by QQ, and the assistant teacher will fed back the problems from students to teacher. The main contents in classroom teaching contains discussion, explanation about the emphasis and difficulty, reflection and consolidate are setting after class. The teaching mode turn over the traditional teaching mode, use the sequence to learn before to teach, is benefit to cultivate and improve the ability of autonomous learning.(2)The teaching mode is blended learning. The blended teaching method is autonomous learning and autonomous learning+class discussion. The mixed teaching method contains both traditional methods and informational network teaching platform and modern technology. The mixed way of study, mixed content of evaluation, mixed on-line evaluation and off-line evaluation.(3)Break the space-time concept, makes the limited time and space expend to unlimited time and space in internet. The presentation mode about teaching content, besides, there are five innovations which are the students' learning mode, teacher's teaching mode, the interactive mode between students and teacher, the evaluation mode of teaching.
