With the rapid development of computer technology and information technology, the concept of lifelong learning is being more and more respected by every citizen, traditional education has been unable to meet more and more people learning needs. The Flipped Classroom reverses the traditional teaching model, which is an teaching model proposed during the construction of information technology education. Because of the characteristics of training autonomous learning, it is recognized by more and more education experts, researchers and the front line teachers. As a blended learning, the implementation of the Flipped Classroom needs an appropriate teaching platform. Since the Blackboard Learn is developed, it has provided a stable platform for the development of the Flipped Classroom in the colleges and universities because of its stable system functionality, rich curriculum resources, and simple approach.Research shows that:since the Reform and Opening-up, China’s educational undertaking promotes vigorously, the constant increasing number of the college enrollment student has gone far beyond the scope of the traditional education teaching resources can carry. This lead to the phenomena emerge one after another such as the size of a class is too big for teachers to manage, the students are sleeping while the teacher is speaking earnestly. To explore the reform methods for university education, This study develops a mode of Flipped classroom based on Blackboard Learn by combining the Flipped Classroom which advocates that students should be the center of teaching and learning with the Blackboard e-Education platform, we will use this mode to explore ways to reform higher education. This study will be conducted in the following areas:1. We develop a model of Flipped classroom based on Blackboard Learn on the basis of analyzing and understanding the definition and characteristics of the Flipped Classroom and the Flipped Classroom model that has been put forward by scholars at home and abroad. In this paper, we also explain the specific teaching process in detail of this mode. It provides a detailed scheme for the teachers to use this mode.2. Develop and construct the Blackboard e-Education platform. This essay implements the platform construction of "C language program design" course on the basis of analyzing the functions and characteristics of Blackboard and the Flipped classroom teaching mode proposed. The platform construction includes the interface design, content design, BBS design, grade management, the resources design and so on. The teaching resources based on Blackboard involves micro-video, self-test before class, teaching courseware, reference books, etc. All this provide good conditions for the curriculum implementation.3. Analyze the teaching practice of "C language program design" course and its effects. The author designs the Flipped Classroom of For Loop course in colleges including the resources preparation before class, teaching activities design in class, extensive examples after class based on the mode presented. And then the author evaluates the teaching effect through the questionnaires, interview and comprehensive test and draws a conclusion:The Flipped Classroom teaching mode based on Blackboard can promote students’ learning interest of "C language program design" course and improve students’ ability of C language programming.
