In order to cater to the trend of education reform,In 2010,?the Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)?was officially released.The Outline stated that teaching reform and innovation should be regarded as a powerful driving force for development education,and improving quality as the core task of education reform.This document points out the direction for the reform of physical education in colleges and universities in China.This study takes the Construction and Application of cheerleading flip classroom teaching mode based on the Blackboard teaching platform as the research object,and takes students of the 2016 jazz cheerleading of Shaanxi Normal University as the survey object.This paper uses the methods of literature,interviews,questionnaires,classroom observations,mathematical statistics,etc,In the environment of Blackboard teaching platform,based on the theoretical basis and educational concept of flipping classroom teaching mode,the cheerleading flipping classroom teaching mode based on the Blackboard platform was constructed.Firstly,a cheerleading course was set up on the Blackboard platform,and then a cheerleading flipping classroom teaching mode based on the Blackboard teaching platform was constructed.According to the characteristics of the network teaching and cheerleading courses,the teaching activities before,during and after class are designed.and then the application effect of the flipped classroom mode in public physical education in colleges and universities was analyzed.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the introduction of the teaching of college cheerleading in the flipping classroom were put forward.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)The application of the blackboard platform in cheerleading teaching has been unanimously recognized by teachers and students.In order to make better use of the advantages of the cheerleading BB teaching platform,perfect network teaching facilities,professional training for teachers and students,and support from the school's teaching management department,students' high degree of independent learning and teachers'understanding of students are necessary conditions.(2)The cheerleading the flip classroom teaching model to create a pleasant learning atmosphere for the students.Students in this learning model have been greatly improved.The outstanding performance is as follows:First,the change of students'learning attitude,from passive acceptance to active thinking,reflects the main role of students.Secondly,the combination of internal and external teaching methods enables students to develop good study habits,online learning before class,internalization in class,and integration after class.Finally,in the form of group learning,students learn the joy of learning in the process of mutual discussion.At the same time,the action arrangement provides students with the opportunity to express themselves,greatly improving their ability to innovate and self-confidence.(3)The advantages of introducing the flipping classroom into college cheerleading teaching are mainly reflected in the leading role of teachers and the main role of students;complementarity and unification within and outside the classroom;saving and effectively utilizing educational resources and establishing a network resource learning model.However,there are also many disadvantages.For example,the campus network and the teaching platform system are not perfect,and the lack of professional quality of teachers leads to the problem that teaching resources cannot be systematically established and shared.
