A Study On The Present Situation Of Social Service In Public Sports Venues In Northern

Sports stadiums are important material carrier of competitive sports and fitness activities, and the development level of athletic sports has a close relationship with residents’ health and quality of life, and the construction of public sports venues is the important basis for the development of sports culture and the symbol, is the precondition of the masses to participate in sports activities. About the present situation of the social service of the public gyms and stadiums in shanbei region, this study, is that I wish to find a local public sports venues of the deficiencies and problems in the social service, and puts forward specific measures, in shanbei region, this paper makes the public stadiums play a greater role and value, so as to meet the needs of the local people’s fitness entertainment, promote the development of sports culture in shanbei region, the big boom.The study uses literature, field survey, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods. During the study, the author found that compared with the speed of economic development in shanbei region, the development of public sports in shanbei region, this is obviously lagging, mainly displays in:(1) the number of the public gyms and stadiums is less, can’t meet the demand of the people’s fitness; (2) economic FaDa County (area) and the economically backward counties (area), and between urban and rural areas, public sports installations and facilities difference is very big, the development is not balanced; (3) some of the public gyms and stadiums social opening rate is low, the efficiency is not high, relatively backward management way, social services, the benefit is not satisfactory.For public sports venues in Northern different management system under the (stadium sports administration department belongs, stadiums owned institutions, state-owned enterprises owned stadiums) the problems, I believe that:(1) the government to further increase investment in public funds for construction of sports venues, especially to increase the economically backward counties (districts) of the capital investment, to build more public sports venues, in order to meet the people’s health needs; (2) the government and relevant departments should depth fitness activities, strengthen publicity and education, so that the people realize the importance of physical exercise; (3) according to the "National Fitness Program" requirements, establish and improve the "social sports instructors" team, to improve the quality of public services stadiums; (4) To update the concepts, ways to improve the management of public stadiums in doing community service work at the same time, efforts to increase economic efficiency, to achieve economic and social benefits of complementary and harmonious development; (5) To expand the business, service ideas, and actively introduce management, marketing personnel, diversification, so that a higher satisfaction of the people, so that the service provided by public stadiums richer.
