Cultivate moral, intellectual, physical, all-round development of people is not only a social development demand, also is the purpose of school education. School sports as an important part of school education, especially in the cultivation of the "body" plays an irreplaceable role. In recent years, the country has issued a variety of policies and regulations, in a certain extent, ensure the normal development of school sports and to improve the current situation of the adolescent physical health decline,which have certain effect. But, in reality, the Chinese traditional thought of "heavy text light weapons", and the influence of the traditional exam-oriented education, physical education in the process of the implementation of the primary and secondary schools, always meet some obstacles. Some schools, students, parents pay more attention on the academic degree than on physical education. Many parents think that physical exercise and study is contradictory, both physical exercise will take students’learning time, and students feel tired after exercise, which affect learning effect. These thoughts and behaviors are more or less affect the development of sports, seriously affected the physique and health of youngsters’and children’s development in our country. Therefore, correct understanding the contradiction between physical exercise and study result, play an important role for improving their physical fitness and further to develop school sportsIn collecting a large number of about junior middle school students to participate in physical exercise and students’learning achievement relations on the basis of the books and literatures, the relationship between sports activities and students’academic performance review. By investigating 240 students in Changqing BaZhong, combined with interviews, analysis of different learning levels of factors affecting students’sports participation. Using mathematical statistics, sports scores and academic achievement correlation and difference analysis, further discusses the relationship between them.All in all, this article uese the literature material law, investigation method, interview method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, etc., to analyze and discuss the relationship between academic achievement and participate in physical exercise, than find the influence factors, the following conclusions: 1. On the premise of different learning levels, through questionnaire and interview, each level grades have specific factors, which affect the physical exercise, the common factors are:(1) the influence of parents’ sports consciousness and learning attitude;(2) individuals to participate in physical education or the effects of physical training experience;(3) academic achievement as well as to the relationship between physical exercise and academic knowledge;(4) after physical exercise of feelings;(5) PE teachers;(6) self-efficacy;(7) the fun and interest of physical exercise.2.Mid-term exam sports is an important factor of affect different grade students to participate in physical exercise3. On the premise of level of sports performance, from the point of data analysis results, sports scores had no relation to academic scores, but under certain conditions, sports scores can have positive effects on academic achievement. Displays in:(1) self-efficacy for mediation, sports scores can be positive impact on the academic achievement;(2) to adjust the mood, relieve fatigue for mediation, sports scores can be positive impact on the academic achievement;(3) in order to improve the learning efficiency for mediation, sports scores positive impact on the academic achievement;(4) to train the will for mediation, sports scores positive influence on academic achievement.In conclusion, on the basis of theory combined with practice, from the right attribution, enhance self-efficacy; physical education as a platform, and cultivate students’interest in physical exercise; reasonable arrangement of physical exercise time; choose appropriate physical exercise project; parents should correct view of physical exercise and the influencing factors of learning; let students understand the physical exercise, cultivate students’exercise consciousness; conditional, increase students’ locker room and so on seven aspects are also proposed.
