With the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid expansi on of information, Secondary Education Put forward higher requirements on the q uality education of students and teachers’ teaching model. The traditional teaching mode just based on the blackboard pen and paper and teacher centered teaching c oncept needs to be improved. In recent years, combine the computer and Multime dia Assisted Instruction (CAI) technology, professional chemical software is widely used in the chemical teaching in order to more accurately explain some abstract kn owledge in chemistry teaching. High school chemistry textbook elective five "orga nic chemistry" and four elective "materialstructure and properties" involves a large number of abstract knowledge such as molecular structure and crystal structure an d atomic and molecular orbital picture, and in the chemistry contest often involve s the chemical reaction transition states and reaction mechanism of knowledge. In order to make students have an intuitive understanding of the abstract knowledge, present the visualization of the microscopic structure of the materials and the micro process of the reaction to students in the teaching process is very meanin gful, in chemistry teaching,therefore, provide a suitable visual auxiliary means is necessary. By analyzing problems existing in the using of software tools in the past, and comparing of several commonly used chemical drawing software, we think GaussView5.0 software can solve the problems of other software unable or difficult to solve, and put forward constructive Suggestions, to better support the middle school chemistry teaching. This paper consists of five parts.The first part, through literature research method and questionnaire survey me thod to understandthe current visualization teaching and graphics software of resea rch situation at home and abroad and The usage of tools in the middle school c hemistry teaching; through the interview to understand the problems of tool soft ware-aided instruction existing in current middle school chemistry teaching, introd uced this topic research content, significance and method.The second part introduces the concept and theory involved in this paper.The third part introduces features of the Gaussion09 and GaussView5.0 graphi c software and simple operation and the Expected improvement in the actual teac hing.The fourth part, mainly introduces the application of Gaussion09 and GaussVi ew5.0 graphics software. Through the GaussView5.0 software in detail to demons trate the molecular structure, crystal structure,molecular orbital graph, transition st ate and other examples, highlighting the advantages of Gaussion09 and GaussVie w5.0 graphics software.The fifth part, to assist teaching by using the Gaussion09 and GaussView5.0 software, designed the teaching scheme of classification of organic compounds, and selected one class as the experiment object, to evaluate the benefits of this so ftware.The sixth part, the evaluation and summary, the questionnaire survey about th e use of "tool software in middle school chemistry teaching on investigation objec t for statistical processing; Survey of representative objects about "the problems o f tool software-aided instruction"; to summarize interviews on the Representative survey object about the" software to assist teaching problems "; then the students in the experimental class fill out questionnaire survey about" Gaussion09 and Gau ssView5.0 software teaching effect", Statistics and analysis the questionnaire surv ey resultFinally, on the basis of practice to summarize the advantage of tool soft war e-aided instruction, put forward substantive suggestions.
