When the human society continues to develop, talents with comprehensive abilities are required by every trade; and communication skills as an aspects of comprehensive abilities, become particularly important. Writing, as an important carrier for interpersonal communication, is also highly required. But investigation shows that graduated students are commonly facing difficulties in written communication, and they are afraid of writing, which seriously affects students’ growth and development.Therefore, as a Chinese teacher, we must think about every aspect in writing class every carefully. In this paper, we analyzed this phenomenon in depth from the aspects of writing teaching courses, teaching materials, teaching, objectives, methods, etc.,; and finally we recognized that it is obviously caused by many factors is writing teaching and questions that is not clearly addressed and effectively solved. In particular, lack of a reasonable education evaluation method is a key reason. In a long time, students are evaluated by their scores in test, which directly makes teachers and students focus on their scores and impairs intrinsic motivation of teachers in each link, which is also an important reason for teaching writing in the context of long-term absence of teachers. Writing is a long and complex process of mental training, and with specific experience of living and the emotional instability, and affected by long-term test pressure, students are facing writing with conflict and laziness, therefore, they can not focus on their own thoughts, and when required to write and take life seriously, their fear of hardship for writing become an important barrier on improving their writing skills.This paper argues that an important method on writing teaching reformation is the introduction of the development evaluation that is to evaluate students based on their development. "Development" is adopted to overview every link and every participant, so as to improve all the problems existing in writing teaching from all the aspects meanwhile placing writing teaching in a wider vision and getting close to the supreme objective of human development. This paper adopted the method of literature collecting, collected literatures about writing from late Qing Dynasty, which are compared with literatures from Western countries in the same period, summarized the dynamic changes at different stages of teaching writing, combined with practice in middle school Chinese teaching, analyzed problems and causes in middle school writing teaching in depth by surveys, discussion exchange and case analysis, and introduced development evaluation into high school writing teaching practice. By 1 year of writing teaching practice and interactive teaching with more than 50 students, the author adopted the qualitative study as a carrier and gave lessons with development evaluation method, participation in writing teaching are enhanced, development evaluation are adopted in comment and revision on students’ works, so as to enrich writing comment form and contents and improve efficiency.It can be concluded from practice that development evaluation is obviously beneficial to the optimization of writing courses, improvement of teacher’s writing teaching literacy and promotion of students’ writing skills. We hope that by adopting development of evaluation method, problems in middle school writing teaching can be solved; and teachers’ ability in classroom can be developed, so that students can learn about writing solutions that are targeted and feasible.
