Kindergarten education quality evaluation of strategic importance to the promotion of child development, improve the quality of educational institutions. This study was based on the Luliang County rural private kindergarten education quality evaluation of actual, to explore their kindergarten education quality evaluation problems and reasons. Based on Development, objective, purpose and operability principle, According to our pre- kindergarten educational purposes and national policy and guidance documents, The study of Evaluation the quality of education at home and abroad combined kindergarten education research and practice in rural private kindergarten in Luliang County,The combination of theory and practice, through access to documents, visited a large number of kindergartens, build a new Luliang County rural private kindergarten education quality evaluation system.The new evaluation system to condition the quality, process quality and quality of results for the spindle, Entire index system includes a six indicators, 27 secondary indicators and 46 three indicators. And weighting of each treatment,Evaluation of the content around the nursery office park conditions, the Park Service management, and teaching activities, the quality of teachers, child development, office park features and benefits were, in all aspects related to kindergarten education.Scoring criteria to guide the evaluation tool, not only to objective response status of rural private kindergarten education quality, and improve the information provided valuable educational activities for which,The evaluation criteria for each review content identified as " to be improved ", "qualified " and "excellent " three levels, based on the comprehensive evaluation method using a variety of quality kindergarten education status assessment, control evaluation criteria scoring.This paper concludes with recommendations to improve the quality of kindergarten education evaluation are administrative departments and kindergarten.
