Safety Situation Of Rural Private Kindergarten, Problems And Solutions Based On Rural Private Kindergarten Of Handan

With the further developing of China's reform and opening up and the introduction of varied educational policy, private pre-school education of rural area began to enjoy a boom since 1980s. Up to now, rural private kindergarten has become an important part of rural pre-school education. But the potential security risks of rural private gardens may have a negative effect on lives and health issues of children as well as the people's livelihood and the country's future. The whole society, government and relevant departments attach great importance to child safety, so the education of rural child safety should be further deepened and improved.Based on the above understandings, this study took four Handan rural private kingdergartens as samples, mainly using literature, observation, questionnaire, and interview to make a research on the present safety situation of private gardens in rural areas, therefore analyzing the objective causes and subjective reasons of the security problems existed in rural private kingdergartens and pushing forward a series of strategies to improve child safety education so as to improve the quality of childhood education administrators and teachers and promote safety awareness among children and the development of children's self-protection.According to the research, the security situation of rural private kingdergartens mainly includes five areas: poor housing conditions; cheap overdue foods; children's poor awareness of self-protection; low quality of teachers and rural private kingdergartens management oversight. Through a profound analysis of security status of rural private kingdergartens, causes of problems in Private Park safety education in rural areas can be summarized like following: First, the government does not provide sufficient resource for rural areas, besides the defects in systems. Then the concept of private park management lags behind so the security awareness is not so deeply rooted. The loss of rural private kindergarten teachers results in that the overall level is not high. Besides, family and community resources are not fully utilized with a lack of supporting system. What's more, the increasing of social unrests threatens the personal safety of little children. On the basis of safety issues, recommendations are following: The government should pay attention to the rural pre-school education and increase input; Pre-school administrators should update their concepts and improve management; Early childhood teachers should enhance the sense of mission and improve their professional qualities; Create a secure physical, spiritual and natural environment which can make full use of the family and community resources so as to establish an effective safety education assessment system of kindergartens.
