| Aerobics is a sport deeply loved by the masses.It integrates group aerobics,dance,fitness and music.Aerobics has rich types and changeable and fashionable movements.It can not only improve students’ sense of rhythm and rhythm,but also exercise students’ cardiopulmonary function and shape their body.However,due to the solidification of teaching mode and students’ individual differences,As a result,some students with weak ability are more difficult and passive in the process of learning aerobics.In order to improve the teaching quality,cultivate students’ sports habits and sports core literacy,and explore teaching methods more in line with students’ characteristics has become a problem to be solved in current physical education teaching.This study applies the task driven teaching method to the classroom teaching of Aerobics in senior high school,makes an experimental study on the traditional teaching method and task driven teaching method,and compares the impact of the two teaching methods on students’ skill learning,psychological quality and mental health level.By using the research methods of questionnaire and experiment,40 girls in grade two of Huaihua No.3 middle school were selected as the experimental objects.The data results of the two groups of students after the experiment were analyzed.According to the analysis,the following results were obtained:(1)Before the experiment,the students in the experimental group and the control group were tested in terms of physical quality,aerobics skill level,self-confidence,learning attitude,exercise attitude and team cooperation consciousness.It was found that there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),which provided feasibility for the smooth teaching experiment.(2)After the experiment,the results show that the two groups of students have significant changes in four psychological indicators such as self-confidence and learning attitude and their satisfaction with the classroom teaching.The test results of the experimental group using task driven teaching method are better than those of the control group using traditional teaching method.(3)Before and after the experiment,the indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.It was found that the scores of the students in the experimental group after the experiment were significantly higher than those before the experiment(P < 0.05);By comparing the data before and after the experiment,the students in the control group found that there were significant differences in exercise attitude and learning attitude(P < 0.05),but there were no significant changes in self-confidence and team cooperation consciousness(P >0.05).(4)There was no significant difference between the two groups in the test of Aerobics theoretical knowledge(P > 0.05).(5)There were significant differences between the two groups in the sense of music rhythm,formation arrangement,action completion and connection of Aerobics(P < 0.05). |
