With the advance of quality education and the deepening of reform,the traditional teaching concept has been unable to meet the needs of the students,the teacher teaching idea has changed;traditional teaching,students in the classroom are not to play and reflect,thus limiting and kill part of the personality development of students,with education to change the concept of teaching workers,teachers began to implement the student-centered teaching system in teaching,the students' subjectivity into full play in the teaching process."Aerobics" as the one of the most important courses of middle school sports elective,it is a blend of gymnastics,aerobics,dance,music,therefore reflects the comprehensive quality of the human body in many aspects,there are higher requirements on the overall quality of students."Task driven teaching method" in the teaching process to the main mission to drive the students' active learning,teachers guide students to complete the task in the teaching process,emphasizes the dominant position of students in the classroom,in accordance with the guiding ideology,the new curriculum reform,the author,through introduce the task-based teaching method in the teaching of Aerobics in exploring this new teaching method for calisthenics teaching advantage,to solve the present problems in the teaching of aerobics.This paper takes Guangzhou City Pei Ying middle school aerobics elective classes as the experimental object,using the method of literature,expert interviews,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey method,the task driven teaching method applied to the aerobics teaching,for a long term teaching experiment,according to the comparative analysis of the data before the experiment.And after the experiment the following conclusions:1?The task driven Teaching in line with the characteristics of students at this stage of learning,help students aerobics learning attitude,aerobics teaching effect,aerobics teaching satisfaction,exercise attitude,aerobics test scores and increased confidence.2?After 16 weeks of teaching experiment,the test indexes of the control class were increased slightly,but the difference was not significant.3 ? The teaching characteristics of task driven teaching method to follow the individualized,task oriented learning,meet the psychological characteristics of the students,to stimulate students to aerobics course learning motivation,improvestudents' interest in learning of the aerobics course.4?The task driven teaching in the class is divided into several groups,make students become the main body of learning in the learning process,help students to think actively,rather than passive acceptance of the teacher's knowledge.5?The task driven teaching teachers by the subject into a dominant position,the difference between the full attention to each student,teachers guide students' heart rate records,help students develop a healthy and reasonable exercise standard,the formation of lifelong exercise consciousness.6 ?
