I chose this problem as my master’s thesis topic, one aspect is the importance to study this problem based on; the other hand is related education laws and regulations support; even more important is that the current situation of middle school teachers to carry out research about teaching of the decision.The purpose of this study is to solve three problems: how to present situation of current middle school teachers engaged in teaching and research? Between different regions, schools of different background teachers what are the differences in teaching and research? Whether there is a conflict between theory and reality of teaching and teaching research of teachers? This paper is to study the teaching of middle school teachers as the research object, mainly to the three problems as the center, through the literature research method, by means of questionnaire survey tools and open interviews, layers of depth reveals the problem, step by step to solve the problem. First of all, depth interview, questionnaire survey and some middle school teachers in Yunnan by 465 to 10 different features of School of middle school teachers, to investigate and understand the current situation of the Yunnan province middle school teachers engaged in teaching and research; secondly, the survey data were quantified processing and analysis, reflect the different areas, different schools and different discipline background of middle school teachers engaged in teaching and Research on difference; finally, engaged in teaching and research of secondary school teachers of the reflection and corresponding measures.
