Recent years, because the state of inclusive private kindergarten great support and attention, the number of private kindergarten inclusive showing a rising trend. With inclusive growing number of private kindergarten, the level and quality of education office park also received extensive attention from all sectors of the state and society. Due to enhance inclusive private kindergarten Office Park level and quality of education and its level of quality preschool teachers are closely related, and thus how inclusive private kindergarten preschool teacher for scientific and effective management, so as to enhance the overall quality of early childhood teachers, mobilize and play preschool teachers’ enthusiasm and initiative, and ultimately inclusive private kindergarten and teaching quality and enhance the level of the office park became the focus of attention of the author.Therefore, the purpose of this study was to select six representative sample of inclusive private kindergarten Guandu district as samples in this research study, the use of literature, questionnaire and interview as the main research method of this study, and through it to the Guandu District inclusive six private kindergarten 113 preschool teachers questionnaires, interviews and the implementation of each nursery managers and some preschool teachers, kindergarten get six relevant status quo in teacher management and quantitative data, as a realistic basis of this study. In the combination of kindergarten teachers on the basis of management theories, this teacher management status and problems of six inclusive private kindergarten in-depth analysis, and start from the government and educational administrative departments, kindergarten administrators, preschool teachers in three areas, propose solutions inclusive private kindergarten teacher management issues some recommendations and measures to try to improve the Guandu inclusive private kindergarten teacher management help. We also hope from the point and the surface, promoting the construction and development of private kindergarten teachers in Kunming inclusive administration, and thus promote the development of the city’s private kindergartens and pre-school career.
