In 2010,the state council issued several opinions on the current development of preschool education,which proposed to support the development of private parks.In recent years,the state attaches great importance to the development of inclusive private parks.The policy of inclusive benefits is also followed by the opening of the curtain in baoding city's private gardens,which is undoubtedly a change for the private garden directors in baoding city,as the backbone of the implementation of the policy,they can not be ignored.The author found that they are facing great professional pressure by doing preliminary research.This study conducted a preliminary survey on 16 private kindergarten principals in baoding city from five dimensions: kindergarten development,national government support,teachers,parents and principals themselves.Then the interview records were collected and a questionnaire was prepared on the occupational pressure of private kindergarten principals under the policy of universal benefits.Through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview of 220 private garden leaders in 4 municipal districts: lianchi district,jingxiu district,mancheng district and qingyuan district in two county-level cities: dingzhou city and anguo city,the current situation of the occupational pressure of private garden leaders under the inclusive policy was investigated.SPSS21.0 was used to conduct statistical processing of the data.According to its survey results,it shows that: 1.Under the policy of inclusive benefit,the professional pressure of private garden directors is greater,and the pressure of kindergarten development and national government support are greater.2.Under the inclusive policy,the occupational pressure of private garden principals is basically not affected by the principal's gender,age,marital status,monthly income and garden grade;3.School directors with long tenure have less occupational pressure than those with short tenure;4,a day of work time is relatively long,the principal pressure is greater.5.The principal of private joint fund raising has the greatest professional pressure;6,10 classesabove the scale of private garden principal than 10 classes below the scale of the principal occupation pressure;7.The higher the fee,the greater the professional pressure of the private garden principal.Analysis of its pressure from the kindergarten development,national and government support,teachers,parents and the principal themselves.And put forward to alleviate the principal occupation pressure countermeasure.It mainly includes the following four aspects:1.National government: policy first,to provide guarantee for the development of private parks;2.To understand the needs of private garden leaders in different situations and solve problems in a targeted way;2.Kindergarten: standardize the management system according to the requirements of GSP;Strengthen teachers' career planning,enhance teachers' happiness and sense of belonging;3.From the parents' perspective: to preach the policy of universal benefits to parents,and guide parents to set up a correct view of education;Communicate with parents timely to understand their needs;4.The principal himself:understand the significance of the universal benefit policy and improve his ability to cope with pressure;Learn how to relieve stress and make good use of social support systems.
