Shooting is the most important way of scoring in basketball competition,and jump shot,as a strong action method in shooting technique,plays an important role in basketball competition.The key to winning the game is to enhance the effect of jump shot training.Core strength training is a recognized physical training method to enhance stability and performance.Therefore,how to better utilize core strength training to enhance the effect of basketball players' jump shot training has become an urgent problem to be solved in current basketball training.This paper USES the method of documentation,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,from the basket pavilion at the center of shandong province U20 men's basketball team athletes for the reality of two green will,with core strength training on U20 16 basketball player jump shot the effect of the training effect as the research content,through exploring the core strength training for the effects of the shooting training for shandong youth men's basketball team to find the purpose of the new training method can improve the effect of shooting training.Through comparative analysis of experimental data,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)the strength training of eight weeks a minute of two groups of subjects fixed-point jumper shooting and dribbling stopped shooting all had a positive effect,therefore,both the traditional strength training and core strength training,with the increasing of training time will be to jump at the stage of youth players training effect have a positive impact.(2)after 8 weeks of core strength training,the experimental group's percentage of one-minute fixed-point shooting was higher than that of the control group,but the statistical results showed no significant difference in the training effect.(3)after 8 weeks of core strength training,the improvement rate of the experimental group in the percentage of quick stop jumpers was significantly higher than that of the control group and the percentage of one-minute fixed point jumpers,indicating that core strength training had the most significant impact on the effect of shooting training in the moving state,showing a positive effect on the training effect.
