Mental harmony is the equilibrium state of the subjective feeling and the psychological feeling interaction with their internal and external environment, also is the self-balance adjustment process. Mental harmony is an important part of mental health. The secondary school students is in a stage of rapid development of body and mind. There are many factors that affect individual mental harmony, including internal and external. Among the external environment, the class environment is the main contact with the student environment, the impact on students is larger; internal environment includes individual cognitive, personality, self-evaluation, etc.. The core self-evaluation is a personality structure, but also a basic self-evaluation, with a wider meaning.In previous studies, researchers are more concerned about the structure and status of adult mental harmony. The mental harmony study of secondary school students is less, and discussion the factors affecting of mental harmony of the secondary school students is even less. Therefore, this study select the secondary school students as the research object, investigation their mental harmony’ status, and discuss the impact of mental factors from external and internal.This study used the method of cluster random sampling, select some students of three secondary schools of Kunming as the research object. The My Class Inventory, Core Self-evaluation Scale, the Psychological Harmony Questionnaire for Adolescent Studentsare used in this research. The results show as folio wings:1. This study revised " the Psychological Harmony Questionnaire for Adolescent Students " contains four dimensions, contains 20 questions, with good reliability and validity, in line with indicators to measure learning, as subsequent research tool; this study revised " Core Self-evaluation Scale " is the one-dimensional scale, containing 10 questions, with good reliability and validity, in line with indicators to measure learning, as subsequent research tool.2. The high school students mental harmony is in a more harmonious level. The glass, home address, parents’ education level and type of harmony class of high school students have a significant psychological impact on the environment in which the influence of the type of psychological harmony class performance for the class environment worse psychological harmony situation worse.3. The core self-evaluation of secondary school students is in a higher level, a different type of classroom environment has a significant impact on the core secondary school self-evaluation, the worse the performance of the class environment, the lower core self-evaluations.4. The class environment is in the level of the general preferences. Class environment can be divided into three categories: positive type classes, the general type classes and problem type classes. Grade high school students, home address and father’s education has a significant effect on the degree of perceived classroom environment.5. There are significant correlations among class environment, core self-evaluation and mental harmony. The core self-evaluations has significant the mediating effect between class environment and mental harmony. Each dimension of class environment can significantly predict secondary school students’ mental harmony. The core self-evaluations has significant the mediating effect between students relations, the order disciplinary dimensions, the burden of learning dimension and mental harmony.
