Self-harmony is one of the most important concepts in personality theory.It also plays a very important role in life development,especially in junior high school students.The situation of junior high school students' self-harmony has a profound impact on their mental health.The factors that affect self-harmony are both external and internal factors.Therefore,this study starts from the external factor family cohesion and internal factor core self-evaluation to further explore the self-harmony level of junior high school students.In order to explore the relationship between the family intimacy,core self-evaluation and self-harmony of junior high school students,this study takes students in grades 7-9 of a junior middle school in Baoding as the research object,and adopts the family intimacy and The Chinese version of the Adaptability Scale,the Intimacy Scale,the revised Chinese version of the Core Self-evaluation Scale by Du Jianzheng,and the Self-Harmony Scale compiled by Wang Dengfeng surveyed 575 junior high school students and screened them out Thirty-two subjects(including 16 in the experimental group and 16 in the control group)conducted group counseling interventions to improve their level of self-harmony,and finally provided a feasible plan guidance for the development of adolescents' mental health.This study uses SPSS23.0 for data entry,collation and analysis-conducted a series of descriptive statistics,t-test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and mediation effect test.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)the family intimacy of junior high school students who are class leaders is higher than that of junior high school students who are not class leaders;(2)The level of core self-evaluation of junior high school students is generally low.The level of core self-evaluation of junior high school boys is higher than that of junior high school girls;the level of core self-evaluation of first grade is higher than that of junior high school;Junior high school students who are not class leaders;(3)The score of self-harmony of junior high school students is generally high,which indicates that their level of self-harmony is generally low.The score of junior high school students is lower than that of girls on the dimension of "disharmony between self and experience";In the "flexibility" dimension,the score of girls is lower than that of boys;the level of self-harmony in junior sophomores is higher than that in junior sophomores;the level of self-harmony among only children and seniors is higher than middle and senior juniors;(4)The core self-evaluation of junior high school students plays a full mediating role in family intimacy and self-harmony.The higher the family intimacy of junior high school students,the higher the level of core self-evaluation and the higher the level of self-harmony;(5)The group counseling scheme designed for the core self-evaluation of junior high school students in this study can significantly improve the level of core self-evaluation of junior high school students and improve their self-harmony.
