With the development of management theory, people propose the theory that emphasizes on individual demand and mental health. Following it, appear a series of new viewpoints and thoughts such as self-instruction, self-control and management of accommodating with human nature that depend on individual. As a new type of management, management of harmony involves not only the coordination in internal organization, but also the harmony of relationships between organizations and environment, concerning about the functions of solid organized methods and soft factors used in management. Therefore in school administration, we advocate the management of person-centered in the construction of harmonious campus.Class management is the basic unit in school administration, the key of successful harmonious campus constructions lies in understanding the connotation and the essence of the management of harmony comprehensively, and establishing harmonious management mechanism in the scope of class management. Compared with the students in ordinary high school, the ones in secondary vocational school have their own specificities in the cultural basis and the quality accomplishment. There are general difficulties in class management, whose objects are secondary vocational school students. The purpose of this article is introducing the new idea called management of harmony into class management in secondary vocational school, which gives prominence to the individual independency, highlights human nature management that emphasized in the harmonious management, fully respects the reasonable individual need and independence of students in management, leads them into the masters of the class management.This paper bases on theory of management of harmony and class management, in the paper a class in a secondary vocational school in Hangzhou chosen as the object of investigation, methods of literature, inspection, interview, case analysis are unified specifically in research, in order to explore the realistic feasibility of practicing management of harmony in the class management in secondary vocational school.
