Learning motivation refers to the tendency to inspire and the ability to maintain students’ motivation to towards a goal of learning behavior. Learning motivation directly affect students’ learning behavior, its relationship with the student to study the source of power. Class environment is an important factor affect the students learning motivation, however, few empirical studies focus on secondary vocational students’ learning motivation and the relationship between the class environment. In particular, there is no conform to reality current situation of our country secondary vocational students’ learn practical learning motivation questionnaire. Therefore establishment suited to the characteristics of the secondary vocational students’ learning motivation questionnaire, study of secondary vocational students’ learning motivation and its relationship between the class environment, comprehensive and objective description of secondary vocational students learning motivation status are very important.This study aimed at the structural, characteristics and status quo of secondary vocational students’ learning motivation, and the relationship between learning motivation and class environment was researched. On the basis of literature analysis, based on the theory of ausubel achievement motivation drives, combining with the domestic existing learning motivation scales, through personal interviews and open questionnaires, builded the theory of secondary vocational students learning motivation dimensions. With 1474 secondary vocational students as subjects, through the two samples, prepared secondary vocational students’ learning motivation questionnaire. Eventually form consists of 15 items of secondary vocational students learning motivation questionnaire. Meanwhile, by using self-made questionnaire and existing class environment questionnaire related research, investigation of present situation of secondary vocational students’ learning motivation and class relations.Research findings show:1.Four dimensions were identified in learning motivation inventory for the pursuit of fame and fortune, the recognition of others, knowledge and enterprising, and collective honor.2.Self-compiled questionnaire of the secondary vocational students learning motivation’s internal consistency reliability is 0.84, retest reliability is 0.87.3.There is significant gender differences in the secondary vocational students learning motivation, showed the boys in the pursuit of fame and fortune, knowledge and enterprising, the collective honor and learning motivation scores were higher than girls.4.Secondary vocational students’learning motivation in the pursuit of fame and fortune, the recognition of others, knowledge and enterprising, collective honor and learning motivation scores on school level of remarkable differences. Showed that, national key national demonstration schools in pursuit of fame and fortune, the recognition of others were higher than the district-level key district-level demonstration; the national key national demonstration school national key district-level demonstration and district-level key district-level demonstration school scores higher than the qualified school on knowledge and enterprising; The national key national demonstration school National key district-level demonstration schools on the collective honor score higher than qualified schools; on learning motivation scores,national key national demonstration school higher than district key district-level demonstration and qualified school, national key district-level demonstration higher than qualified school.5.The relationship between teachers and students in the class environment for learning motivation of the pursuit of fame and fortune, the recognition of others, knowledge and enterprising, and collective honor had a significant positive effect, competition to the learning motivation of the pursuit of fame and fortune and knowledge and enterprising had a significant positive influence, order discipline on collective honor has obvious positive influence.This study found that:1.The questionnaire of secondary vocational students’learning motivation had good validity and reliability, can provide the measuring tool for the research of secondary vocational students learning motivation in the future.The relationship between teachers and students, competition and order discipline, are of great roles to promote the development of students’ learning motivation, harmonious relationship between teachers and students and benign competition, peaceful class environment can effectively stimulate students’ learning motivation, students in a stable and orderly class environment showed more the collective sense of honor.Therefore, establishing and maintaining a harmonious class environment for students’ growth playing an important role.
