This article will explore the career decision-making difficulty influence of core self-evaluation and mental resilience to secondary vocational school students.This study takes the Secondary Vocational School Students as the research object,and through the questionnaire survey method combined with literature analysis and the statistical analysis method to explore the influence.Using the<Career Decision-making Difficulty Questionnaire>,<Core Self-Evaluation Scale>and<The Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents>to investigate 558 students regarding the comprehension core self-evaluation,mental resilience and career decision-making difficulty,The data were analyzed statistically and the conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of core self-evaluation,the core self-evaluation of secondary vocational students is at the middle level.There are differences of core self-evaluation between the different gender and grades.(2)In terms of resilience,the mental toughness of secondary vocational students is at the middle level,among which the score of positive thinking is the highest and the score of affect control is the lowest.There are differences in goal planning in different gender,grades,majors;affect control is different in the different gender and grades;positive thinking varies in only child and part-time experience.Help-seeking varies in different majors,and there are differences in family support in grades and different part-time experiences.(3)In the field of career decision-making difficulties,secondary vocational students experience professional decision-making difficulties at the middle level.Lack of readiness is different in the different grades;The difficulties of information exploration is different in grades and part-time experience;The conflicts is different in grades.(4)There is a significant negative correlation between core self-evaluation and career decision-making difficulties,and core self-evaluation has an effect on career decision-making difficulties.There is a positive correlation between mental resilience and career decision-making difficulties,and mental resilience has an effect on career decision-making difficulties.There is a negative correlation between core self-evaluation and mental resilience.(5)Mental resilience plays a part of mediating role between core self-evaluation and career decision-making difficulties.
