| Due to the influence of objective factors such as the process of urbanization and family planning policy,the scale of the migrant elderly group is gradually expanding.Then all kinds of problems it faces have attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.Intergenerational conflict is one of the common problems in the families of migrant elderly.The research on it is not only conducive to eliminate the obstacles brought by family factors to the adaptation process of migrant elderly,promote the re socialization development of the elderly and the harmony and stability of family relations,but also has positive significance for further enriching the research of social work on the group of migrant elderly.This paper is guided by family system theory,functional conflict theory and structural family therapy model.Firstly,the investigation part is based on the support project for the accompanying elderly in M community,using in-depth interviews and participatory observation to investigate the intergenerational conflict of the accompanying elderly in M community.The conclusions are as follows: the intergenerational conflict of the accompanying elderly in M community is mainly manifested in cold conflict,language conflict and behavior conflict with family members;The negative impact of intergenerational conflict on the elderly will not only affect their health and enthusiasm of community participation,but also make the elderly fall into the confusion of personal role orientation and affect their quality of life in their later years;The causes of intergenerational conflict mainly include intergenerational differences,family structure and the downward shift of intergenerational focus.Secondly,in the practical part,the case study method and participatory observation method were used to provide structured family treatment services for the family of interviewee S06,which effectively helped the interviewee and his family members rebuild the family structure,clarify the family boundary,improve communication habits and solve the problem of intergenerational conflict,It has effectively confirmed the role of structural family therapy in solving intergenerational conflicts among migrant elderly.Finally,this study from the four dimensions of society,community,family and individual of the elderly accompanied by migration,respectively for the intergenerational conflict,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
