Association Studies And Countermeasure Analysis On Occupation Tired And Work Pressure For The University Instructors

The university instructors are the backbone in institutions of higher learning for carrying out ideological and political education to university students. However, occupation tired is easy to appear for this group because there are various kinds of pressure for the university instructors. By researching the occupation tired and work pressure for university instructors in some universities of Sichuan Province, this article shows the situation of the occupation tired and work pressure for them, investigates the influences from demography variables and job nature factors for university instructors and analyses their relations. I conclude the following.1. Medium extent occupation tired is the common situation in Sichuan university instructors. The university instructors with different work seniority differ significantly.2. In general, the university instructors in Sichuan Province are less stressful for working. However, there is a significant difference on the instructors whose monthly incomes are different on the instructors whose Professional Titles are different, and on the different sexual instructors.3. Work pressure is hardly correlative with occupation tired for the university instructors. Work pressure does not directly lead to occupation tired. Career development and interpersonal relationship in work pressure have forecasting effects for the occupation tired.According to the result of study, I give relevant suggestions and countermeasures. University management should improve and perfect the promotion and incentive system, clear work responsibilities, reduce the workload, train people according to their abilities, provide the platform for communicating and training, show more loving care, create a good psychological environment and develop mental health education. The university instructors should enhance their psychological diathesis for any situation and plan their careers well.
