Education plays an extremely important role in the development of a country.Teachers are a key part of the education system.Their responsibilities and challenges are of great importance.Primary school stated as the most basic part of China's education,its teachers are facing all kinds of pressure.The teacher's psychology and physiology is suffering from damages of various degrees under the lasting pressure.Therefore,the phenomenon of “job burnout” begins to appear.This phenomenon not only affects the work and life of teachers,but also hinders the long-term development of our education.By means of document research and other processes,the job burnout theory and measurement method has been generally explained in this article.Furthermore,in order to implement the empirical analysis,teachers in three different primary schools in the urban area of Qingdao have been questioned by questionnaires for the job burnout problem,but fortunately,the result shows that the teachers may be board at their work,but the current situation is less severe.Then,I analyzed the reasons according to the survey data in this article,the reasons why teachers are facing with the job burnout problem are as follows: In the social aspect,the recognition for teachers is relatively low,the social expectation is excessively large,the market economy has negative effect,and there is knowledge explosion.In the school aspect,teachers are now overburdened while the management mechanism is bureaucratized and complex;besides,the examination and evaluation index is extremely single and the professional training and growth space are scarce.Due to their characters,and they may expect too much on their own;in addition,the social relations are not harmonious,and currently,the teachers have multiple identities and roles to deal with.According to the above reasons,this thesis puts forward the following mitigation me asures: First,to improve the social status of teachers and advocate esteem for teachers.Se condly,to maintain the interests of teachers and promote the education reform.Then,to improve the school management and optimize incentives.Finally,to pay attention to teac hers' career planning and relieve occupational stress effectively.
