Research On The Cultivation Of The Rule Of Law Consciousness In The Teaching Of "Economic Life"

The consciousness of rule by law is the recognition,advocating,obeying and obeying of the law from the heart.In order to build a socialist country ruled by law,the key lies in the cultivation of citizens ' sense of legality,and the citizen's consciousness of ruling by law depends to a great extent on the cultivation of students'rule of law consciousness.The high school student group is an important group in our country,the high school student's rule of law consciousness will directly influence the realization of the rule of law national goal,therefore we should pay attention to the cultivation of high school students 'rule of law.At present,the general high school ideologicaland political curriculum standards have been formally introduced.In the standard,we should cultivate students with the consciousness of rule of law.High school students should establish the rule of law which is supreme in constitutional law and equal to everyone before the law,understand the relationship between rights and obligations,and develop the habit of exercising their rights and fulfilling their obligations according to law.There should be cognitive and emotional things that make society more harmonious and better life.The connotation of the rule of law is very rich,and high school students are closely related to the law of the supremacy of consciousness,rights and obligations,integrity awareness,equality and contract consciousness.Economic life is a good carrier to cultivate high school students' consciousness of rule of law.Through the questionnaire analysis,the high school student rule of law consciousness aspect has some common problems.On the consciousness of law supremacy:lack of legal belietf,right and obligation awareness:lack of awareness of the rights to up ho law the law,the sense of responsibility according to law is weak;the sense of good faith:the sense of honesty and good faith behavior deviate from the sense of equality:lack of ideals of equality.In the face of these problems,we should combine "economic life" teaching to take countermeasures to cultivate and promote high school students ' consciousness of rue of law.First of ll,we should choose the typical content on the basis of insisting on the reasonable principle to promote the consciousness of law in all aspects.Secondly,it summarizes the teaching methods and teaching acti,vities used in this process.Thirdly,through the improvement of teachers'rule of law and the optimization of legal environment,the students'consciousness of rule of law is improved.
