With the continuous development of competitive sports,badminton of highly competitive is becoming more and more intense,resulting in the incidence of sports injury is also improved. The ankle joints have good stability can not only effectively prevent ankle-joint injury, and more beneficial to the improvement of the performance. This study aims to effectively combine the badminton special characteristics, special anatomy and physiology structure of ankle joint and the general rule of children’s growth and development, design is given priority to with “lock the knee” state of the ankle joint combination strength training means, in order to achieve ideal training effect, and to children’s badminton players for the future of ankle joint strength training method innovation design and application, provides some suggestions and reference.This paper mainly through the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics and so on from children’s badminton athlete strength training methods and means of ankle joint, in-depth analysis of the ankle joint strength training for children’s badminton players the effect on the stability of the ankle joint, analysis for strengthening the stability of the ankle joint and ankle joint strength training further effectively prevent sports injury. Through the comparative analysis of the experimental group and control group training research conclusion is as follows:1.Straight knee condition of the combined training and some traditional strength training method can enhance the strength of the ankle, and have played an important role in strengthening the ankle stability, but the training effect of the former is superior to the latter.2.Subject left ankle strength significantly greater than the right ankle, dorsiflexion of muscle strength is far lower than the plantar flexion muscle group, ankle joint strength uneven development.3.The combination of straight knee condition training on dorsiflexion muscle strength enhancement effect is obvious.
