A Study On Equalization Of Family Planning Service Of Floating Population In Shanghai

With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the changing of people’s ideas, the proportion of the population of our country is increasing, the scale of the floating population has reached a record high, the interest demands of floating population, flow, structure and floating population are changing. Although the government has been working to improve floating population’s living and working environment, but to achieve full coverage still go15. Baoshan District as a suburb of Shanghai, the number of floating population increased rapidly in recent years. A large number of floating populations are bound to bring unprecedented challenges to the Baoshan District floating population family planning public service work. It is in this context, the study of the current situation, characteristics and problems of the floating population family planning public service, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions are very theoretical and practical significance. The imbalance between supply and demand of public services will directly lead to the realization of the equalization. In this paper, the representative of Baoshan District, Shanghai, for example, some of the failed to enjoy the family planning services for the flow of population analysis. First of all, the paper summarizes the status and characteristics of the floating population in the region by comparing the objective of the questionnaire survey, and expounds the current situation of the supply and demand of Baoshan District’s family planning services. Then, from the two aspects of the project, the service and the demand of the project, the management difficulties in the process of the implementation of the family planning are pointed out. At last, some suggestions are put forward to improve the equalization of family planning service and to provide a reference for the research on the problem of family planning service equalization in China.
