Studies On Management Problems Of Basic Family Planning About Floating Population

By the end of 2013, the total number of national population reached 245000000, more than the total population of 1/6, the floating population mobility has accelerated the process of urbanization, and promote the rapid growth of the economy at the same time to the inflow, inflow of social management, especially the population and family planning management challenge. In order to adapt to the new situation, the national population and Family Planning Commission proposed to improve the management of floating population, family planning services, information sharing, regional cooperation, mutual evaluation of new mechanism and unified management, quality service to the new system, and gradually realize the free movement of population family planning service full coverage.The thesis is composed of five parts, the first part is the introduction, the second one introduces the present family planning situation and equal management of West Lake floating population, the third part mainly introduces the floating population family planning achievement,problems,and the reasons of West Lake Street. the fourth part puts forward some advice to perfect the management of family planning among the floating population. This paper puts forward that family planning, health, public security, labor and social security, education, urban construction, industrial and commercial departments should participate in the management of family planning among the floating population coordination and communication mechanism, suggests the government to grant special floating population family planning fund, suggest to establish the floating population management professional team, boosting the floating population family planning management association, to explore the floating population family planning management autonomy, establish incentive mechanism of floating population family planning management, and so on.The last part is the conclusion.
