Research On The Participation Of Social Work Institutions In Community Construction From Theperspective Of "Three Social Associations"

Since the 1990 s,with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in our country,the society of our country has the trend of continuous refinement and aggregation of social differentiation and fine fragments,and the development of the community is facing a crisis.Community awareness and community cohesion are gradually weakening.Under this background,each grass-roots community in urban and rural areas of our country has set off an upsurge of community governance,and the "three social linkage" mechanism has become a new way of thinking of community governance in our country,community,social workers,The multi-party linkage of social organizations has opened up a new situation of community governance at the grass-roots level,and also launched a new exploration of community governance.Community development,community construction has become the research of community social work.One of the hot areas of the year.The research content of this paper can be divided into the following three parts as a whole: first of all,it clarifies the background,purpose and significance of the participation of social workers in community construction,and clarifies the "community" and "community construction".This paper defines and expounds the related concepts such as "social work organization",systematically combs the relevant research at home and abroad,and analyzes the existing theoretical basis and the existing practical mode.Combined with the localization practice of social work institutions participating in community construction in China,this paper makes a brief review of the above achievements.The second part focuses on the practice of social work institutions participating in community construction,and selects A community in Foshan City,Guangdong Province as the research object,and analyzes it.On the basis of necessity and feasibility,this paper uses empirical research to collect data,and analyzes the background and content of the project,as well as the specific strategies,paths and functions of community construction.The third part mainly aims at the problems existing in the participation of social workers in community construction from the perspective of "three societies linkage",and thinks about the way to solve the predicament from three aspects: the construction of social workers' talent team and the perfection of social work institutions.The academic value and innovation of this paper are mainly reflected in the following three aspects.First,it makes a complete overview and combing of the relevant literature and theories related to community construction and the participation of social work institutions in community construction at home and abroad.The second is to use the methods of participation observation,interview and other research methods to explore the practical process,path and problems of social work institutions participating in community construction.Third,in view of the problems existing in the construction of the participating areas of social work institutions,from the perspective of "three social linkage",this paper puts forward feasible suggestions and paths from different angles,such as community,social work institutions and social workers,so as to contribute to the development of the community in our country.
