A Study On The Action Of Social Workers Involved In Early Childhood Education

With the urban and rural culture gradually collapse, the floating population quantity increasing,and the resulting social problems also gradually increased, in which children problem is top priority. At present, the focus on migrant children mainly in school-age children, and for 0-3 year-old of the youngest migrants attention was significantly lower than the former, the survival and development of this group did not receive due attention.0 to 3 years old infants and young children’s early education about the whole country and the development of the society, this is not a single person or a single family responsibilities, but needs the support of the social each aspect, in which the role of social work is indispensable. And this research will be in the framework and perspective of child welfare, through the action research of the Beijing XiaoJiaHe community to observe the first-hand information on the early education of the migrant babies, showing the basic situation and problems of migrant family, and the process of social worker using the home visiting service mode to involve in early education will be the research object, to explore how early education is embedded into the migrant families and communities, and summed up the home visiting service model which can be widely used in the social work intervention.
