Four-way Integration: A Study On Safe Home Services For Migrant Children

The safety of children's home means that the children are not threatened or dangerous in the living environment.Because the safety consciousness of children and their families is weak,it often leads to accidental injuries at home.Therefore,the safety of children at home is not only related to the safety of children's families,but also to the healthy growth of children.Based on the relevant sociological theory,this paper takes 6-14-year-old children as the object of service,relying on the "safe companion" project of Datong Social work Service Center in Pingshan District,Shenzhen City(hereinafter referred to as Project A)and my practical experience in this project.From the current situation of migrant children's home safety and This paper discusses the safety of mobile children in social work service from the aspects of demand,the implementation path of the safety service project for migrant children,and the evaluation of the items of the project.In addition to the introduction,the main contents of the article are as follows.First of all,the article analyzes the safety status and needs of mobile children in Pingshan District.First,the article thinks that the safety status of children in Pingshan area is not optimistic.The main hidden dangers in their homes are as follows: one is the hidden danger of electricity consumption in the home;the other is the hidden danger of food safety in the home;the third is the hidden trouble of the safety of blunt instrument in the home;Fourth,other security risks.Second,the article believes that there are hidden dangers in the home safety of children in this area at present.The main reasons are: the lack of parents' awareness of safety;the neglect of safety education at home in schools;the absence of safety education in society.Thirdly,the paper assesses the demand of home safety service for sample children: first,the desire to improve the hidden danger of home safety is higher;second,the willingness of social workers to intervene in home safety service is stronger;thirdly,the desire for home safety knowledge is greater.This shows the position and role of mobile children,parents,social workers,and volunteers on home safety issues.Secondly,this paper discusses the implementation path of the home safetyservice project for mobile children in Pingshan District.First,the article recognizes One of the ways to implement project A is to build an implementation platform.Among them,Pingshan Street comes to Shenzhen builders' Family Mutual help Association to build a project design platform,and Datong Social work Service Center provides a project support platform.Pingshan District government created a public welfare venture capital platform,it is the organic combination of these three,formed a stage for the implementation of project A.Second,the article thinks that the second way of A project implementation is to link social resources,in which,through recruiting and training volunteers,linking human resources,through online and offline propaganda,the collection of public opinion resources;By connecting civil organizations with enterprises,and mobilizing collaborative resources,it is the organic integration of these three kinds of resources that have formed A project.The backing of the implementation.Third,the article thinks that the third way of A project implementation is to use professional methods,among them,the case work method based on home visit,the supporting group work method and the community work method based on propaganda,It is these three organic convergence,formed an effective means of A project implementation.This shows the position and role of professional social work organizations,non-governmental organizations,enterprises and government organizations on home safety issues.Thirdly,this paper discusses the methods of mid-term evaluation and conclusion evaluation of the home safety service project for migrant children in Pingshan District.First,the article thinks A project from manpower,funds,Social resources and other three aspects of the project investment target evaluation.Secondly,the paper holds that Project A has carried out the evaluation of project effectiveness from three aspects:the self-effect of project implementation,the four forces gathered by the project,and the social impact brought by the
