Along with ecological and environmental problems becoming increasingly prominent, ecological moral is playing a more and more important role in Yunnan ecological civilization construction, "Beautiful Yunnan" construction and even "Beautiful China" construction. Yunnan university students are the crucial strength of Yunnan economy and society development, and the fresh power of Yunnan ecological civilization construction and "Beautiful Yunnan" construction. Educating, building and practicing their ecological moral is the objective demand of Yunnan ecological civilization construction and "Beautiful Yunnan" construction, the realistic need for Yunnan striving to become the "pacesetter" of ecological civilization construction, the internal need of realizing sustainable development of Yunnan economy and society, the part of Yunnan universities moral education and idealogical and political education, and the contemporary requirement of Yunnan college students’ overall development.This research aims for promoting Yunnan colleges students’ ecological moral literacy and making them build and practice ecological moral consciously, and uses multidiciplinary synthetic research method, literature research method and field research method. It combs theoretical basis of college students’ ecological moral educating by means of triming and analyzing the formation and development of college students’ecological moral educating. It takes concepts of ecological harmony, equality, consumption, responsibility and crisis as the main content of Yunnan unversity students’ ecological moral education, and analyzing the essential realistic and hitorical significance of Yunnan unversity students’ ecological moral education. After investigating the current situation of Yunnan college students’ ecological moral education, cognition and behavior, we can get that Yunnan college students’ ecological moral education has obtained some results, but at the same time, there are also many problems that the incoherence between Yunnan universities and primary and secondary schools ecological moral education, the lack of college ecological moral education courses and amount of ecological moral educating content, the lack of ecological moral educating textbooks which are authoritative, scientific, have Yunnan features and aims at Yunnan college students, the weakness of ecological moral cultivating teachers, and the unoptimistic situation of Yunnan college students’ ecological moral behaviors. On the basis of analyzing the deep reasons existing in current Yunnan college students’ ecological moral education, to explore and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for Yunnan college students’ ecological moral education. To educate Yunnan university students’ ecological moral from three aspects of knowing, feeling and doing following the law of cognition dialectical movement, and to construct primarily a relative complete and systematic system of Yunnan unversity students’ ecological moral education. And to guarantee practically the successful implementation of Yunnan unversity students’ ecological moral education work through these three measures of perfecting the organizational leadership, establishing an intentive mechanism and enforcing management.
