A Study On The Organic Connection Of Xiaolian Culture Education In Universities And Middle Schools

Pursuit of filial piety and incorruptness sets good spiritual examples in excellent traditional Chinese culture. Presently, mainstream of our youth ideological and political education is positive, however, one problem is obviously extrusive in the process of our diverse development and many positive factors in filial piety and incorruptness culture is gradually challenged and ruined.As history continues and the era develops, essence of filial piety and incorruptness culture always exist. It reveals time features in our economic and social development and becomes the driving force of the history.Filial piety and incorruptness culture promotes the core notions and operative norms such as being faithful to parents and respectful to the elders, being benevolent for interest of people and being incorruptible and upright. It still plays very obvious roles in cultivation and practice of socialism core views, promotion of incorruptible cultural construction, optimization of educational contents and reinforcement of educational efficiency.This paper interprets organic interlinkage of filial piety and incorruptness culture, concludes countermeasures of the interlinkage from high schools to universities on the basis of its existing problems and the causes, and tries to penetrate this culture into the youth ideological and political education, explores a new era for it and evokes positive energies for social progress.The paper is divided into four parts except the conclusion. This first part is the organic interlinkage of filial piety and incorruptness education from high schools to universities and its importance. It emphatically expounds the interlinkage education, the connotation of this culture, and importance of the interlinkage.The second part describes problems in interlinkage from high schools to universities. Based on empirical analyses, it generalizes practical problems in this interlinkage.The third part describes causes of these problems in the interlinkage from high schools to universities. It analyzes ignorance of its importance, disadvantages of present educational system, lagging behind of our moral education and lack of communication among these independent schools to explore detailed reasons.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures for organic interlinkage of filial piety and corruptness cultural education from high schools to universities. The paper elaborates detailed roads for interlinkage from the system and organism, teacher resources and creation of social atmosphere to practice this culture.The author thinks that by study we can not only form systematic and overall consciousness of this educational interlinkage and enrich theoretical system of organic interlinkage from high schools to universities in theory, but also explore operative roads for filial piety and corruptness cultural education in practice to color our Chinese culture in new era.
